Opening its doors in 1996, the Remington Elementary School community is dedicated to cultivating the uniqueness of each child to reach their fullest potential by providing an equitable and inclusive atmosphere. The school takes pride in the culture its built over the years, which is based on communication, collaboration and respect for all students, parents and staff. 

*Rally is optional because you're serving in the afternoon.

What to expect: At this project volunteers will be moving things into a dumpster. Young children can make birdhouses and write notes/draw pictures for students and staff. 

Age Requirement: All ages welcome!

What to bring: Please bring landscaping tools (i.e. weed wackers, clippers and gardening gloves). 

What to wear: Please wear work clothes, sunscreen and a hat if necessary in the sun. 

Rally Details: Because you are serving in the AFTERNOON, the Rally is optional for you. Rallies will take place first thing in the morning. You're welcome to join us at  the East Rally, located at WVC Woodmen Heights (see map for details) at 8am. Join us at the East Rally to pray, grab some coffee before you head to Remington Elementary to serve in the AFTERNOON.
