Creek Week is a 9-day, watershed-wide litter and debris collection event that takes place at the end of September and beginning of October. Service groups, neighborhood associations, scouts, schools, churches, and individuals all donate their time to help clean up.

What to expect: Volunteers will be cleaning up the park. Be prepared to clear brush, scoop poop at the dog park, pull weeds and pick up trash! This is a true partnership with the city of Colorado Springs and you will be working alongside Fountain Watershed volunteers.

Age Requirement: All ages welcome with adult supervision for children.

What to wear: Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes and long pants.

What to bring: Please bring work gloves and a mask to wear when you are in close proximity to others.

Day of Contact: Dana Nordstrom

COVID-19 Details: Due to the COVID pandemic, please practice safety measures while volunteering. It is required that you wear a mask and stay 6 feet a part at all times. The only exception is for family units that live in the same household. We ask that you wash your hands before and after your project. Please refrain from touching your face or unnecessary surfaces throughout volunteering. The health of all volunteers is important to us!
