Southeast General Backpack Bash Volunteers

Description:

What to expect: Volunteers could be assisting in any of the following areas: backpack & school supply distribution/restocking, welcome crew, or traffic control. Please be ready to jump in and serve where help is needed. At this site, you will be split up into specific groups upon arrival. Please remain flexible, as you will be assigned your role day-of.

Age Requirement: 12+

What to wear: Outfit that you are comfortable moving in. Volunteers are expected to wear the Backpack Bash t-shirt that will be provided upon arrival. Please plan accordingly. Recommend: closed-toed shoes, clothing layers and sunscreen depending on weather, hat and or sunglasses.

What to bring: Water bottle, snack, sunscreen. 

Parking instructions: From Jet Wing Drive pull into the parking lot located in between the YMCA and the horseshoe parking lot in front of Sierra High School. 

Meeting Spot: Located on the sidewalk of the volunteer parking lot there will be a check-in table. Please stop by there to pick up your t-shirt and receive your volunteer assignment for the day.
