Description:

Sierra High School is a community school steeped in tradition, where students' unique talents and gifts are exposed, examined and explored in academics, athletics, and the arts. While earning college credits on campus and becoming a community leader, innovator and socially conscious thinker, student opportunities are limitless. 

What to expect:

 Volunteers will be completing the following projects:

1. Painting Classroom walls on the 2nd floor
2. Creating positive motivational posters for students and staff
3. Writing thank you notes to staff

Age Requirement:  Families can participate in the poster making and card-writing. Adult only (18+) for the painting portion.

Waiver: CLICK HERE (Please print, fill out, and bring with you. Adults & Minors must have a D2 waiver to serve) 

What to bring: Any items that might be encouraging for staff appreciation. Ideas: Individually wrapped candy, granola bars, individually wrapped snacks of any kind, chapsticks, gift cards, etc. Not required, but would be great to bring a few items to offer for teacher appreciation. 

What to wear: Comfortable work clothes that you don't mind getting paint on. 

Parking instructions: Please park in the front horseshoe and in the athletic parking lot.

Meeting Spot: Volunteers will meet at the front doors of the school. There is a large planter and flag pole to indicate the main entrance.
