Description:

• Howbert Elementary is a dynamic, collaborative community of energized educators, engaged students and supportive partners with a passion for continuous learning.

What to expect: Volunteers will clean up school grounds including painting playground lines, weeding the garden, minor landscaping around the school sign, sweeping, etc. Some volunteers will be writing notes of encouragement for teachers!

Age Requirement: Family-friendly, parental supervision is required for minors. Please ensure you consider the type of work that is happening to ensure it's appropriate for your group or volunteers. 

What to wear:  Please wear comfortable work clothes. Please wear closed-toed shoes.

What to bring:  Work gloves and a personal water bottle. If you have them, please bring: push brooms & rakes

Parking instructions: Along street and in the parking area along the street.

Meeting Spot:  Front of the school by the flag pole.
