Description:

Care and Share has one belief: No one should go hungry. Every day, they provide food to partner agencies across Southern Colorado to serve our neighbors in need because well-fed communities are better for us all.

*Volunteers signing up to serve at Care & Share will have to complete 2 registrations. First reserve your slot through CityServe, then select the slot you'd like to reserve through Care & Share. We realize this is not as streamlined, but it helps or organizations. Instructions to register through Care & Share below: *

Registering through Care & Share:

1. Visit the Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado event registration page: https://cerv.is/0066rCityServe (This link will only display the events specifically reserved for your group).

2. Select your desired event and follow the on screen instructions to access the CERVIS registration system. If this is your first time using the CERVIS online registration system, you will be prompted to create a Volunteer Profile. Event Reservation Code: "CityServe"

What to expect: Tasks may include inspecting/sorting/packing food for distribution, bulk food processing, off-loading, and sorting food.

Age Requirement:  This project is for volunteers age 11+ (Parents/Guardians must be present).

What to wear: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable work clothes.

What to bring: A water bottle. 

Parking instructions: Park in the main parking lot out front of Care & Share building

Meeting Spot:  Come to the "Volunteer Entrance" on the North side of the building.
