Aquaponics Project Garden Harvest (80923)

Description:

The Aquaponics project will partner with Mountain Springs Church, harvesting produce that is offered to the community year-round.

What to expect: Volunteers will be feeding fish, planting seeds, transferring plants, and harvesting 420 heads of lettuce and some other produce items. As permits, we'll do some other maintenance items.

Age Requirement: Family Friendly, parental supervision required of minors.

Waiver: A waiver is required for the greenhouse and volunteers will fill it out on-site. 

What to wear:  Please wear comfortable work clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or wet. 

What to bring: Water bottle and possibly sunglasses/hat.

Parking instructions: Please park in the south parking lot of Mountain Springs Church, just north of the greenhouse.

Meeting Spot: The greenhouse is behind the main church building at Mountain Springs Church, on the Southeast corner of the property. Please meet by the greenhouse.
